Morning!
So I got up and had my chilled oatmeal & soymilk that I soaked overnight in the fridge. Then I decided to do a little experiment.
I waited a couple hours and then I had the leftover whole wheat pasta I had in the fridge (with cottage cheese and spinach)!
Energy, here I come!.............
.............but then........

Hmm. Maybe I've just become a nap person. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/gigglesmile.gif
Anyway, I finished up 2 sections of 10-min cardio, plus the abs section from MIS, had the smoothie I have every single day http://www.pic4ever.com/images/girl_crazy.gif and now I'm going to do some work.
Three more days until Jennifer has vacation!
It seems we're often doing a countdown for Jennifer's vacations! This a good thing!
