Morning!
Today was leg day. Boooo! Boooo! Booooooooooooooo!
So I did Excerpts from Gym Style Legs. Not familiar with that premix? It's the one where I only do the ones I want to do. :*
I have nothing in my kitchen. Nothing . I haven't been this out of food in a long time. I think I'll have some time this weekend to get to the grocery store. In the meantime, I ate a banana with organic peanut butter, and drank a glass of soymilk with a bit of protein Rocky Road powder. I could always have a sweet potato. I think I have two left. I'm out for the next three days so I won't be eating here anyway. But I'll need to figure out something for breakfast tomorrow.
I do still have a MONGO bag of oatmeal LOL.
>Sadie is hissing at Sydney because she smells like the vet.
LMAO.
Diane - How is she feeling today?
Robin - Cardio Challenge? WTH's a Cardio Challenge? And WhyTH's Michele doing one? Huh? A Gym Style Challenge? What's going on around here?! Did something happen that I missed?...OH NOO!! You lost a pithy post?! I like to read your pithy posts. That totally sucks.
>I'm applying for the job of chief brush washer for Debs job of painting on the beach. I'll even pour the wine.
LMAO.
Dana - I'm sure that Sweet Potato Man is selling his taters to marathon runners and the likes who can catch up. What with my frozen ones on their way to me, all I have to do is answer my front door now!...Ah yeah, I can see how you might think to do something else after your first experience at the salon. Did you ever keep track of that place? Is it still in business?...That grapefruit sounded really good. I haven't had one in a while, too, and I love them. Except that they totally make my gums shrivel up in pain LOL. Oh, the photos I saw were of Jeanette's P90X progress. Deb is starting up in February and I for one am looking forward to seeing her photos, too. :7
Hint hint, Deb!
Michele - Okay, okay, let me get this straight. You were going to keep this important cardio information from us?! You think you could just get away with that? What are we to think? I guess,...I guess we'll get over this hurdle,...Hmm. I might even join you. But I'm guessing it doesn't include any Christi? ...Your favorite version of the lullaby sounds like a really interesting mixture. I'm not sure I'm familiar with the song. I'll have to look it up.
>I'm thinking about it. I wonder if there's been a shift in the tectonic plates of the earth's crust?
LMAO!!
Deb - If you can find any of Jeanette's posts, you'll find a link pasted in at the bottom. You can click there and go to her photos...Is that dream job your dream job or your dream vacation?! LMAO.
Jen - Shame on you for not having dessert! Wow, you did great and the lunch sounded really yum! Hmm, I can't imagine deep fried green beans. Deep fried green beans. Nope. Can't imagine it....I am seriously on the verge of Kittydome. I'm even reading Complete Kitten Care. Seriously...Thanks for telling us about yourself. Sounds like you live a full and happy life! How fun it must be to have all sorts of siblings like that. As for myself, as you know, I'm a huge cat lover, and I dabble in music while living in Tokyo (I'm American). I've been here since graduation college over like, geez, 15 years ago? OMG. And though I'm single, I live with my DP (darling plant). LOL.
On that note, it's time to slop on the makeup and get going.
Have a nice day! (And hopefully a deep, wonderful sleep!)
