Robin - I don't think I can meet you on Tues. It is the last day of school and I'm sure that I need to be here to help out the teachers with their odds n ends. Darn it!!! I so need a day off.

Hi Shelley!!! I"m going to try to join you all in the clean eating challenge, Lord knows I need all the help/support I can get.

Michele - I'm so glad you stopped by. I can't wait to hear all about your trip.

Come on over to the challenge! I've been good this week. Not perfect, but better than I would have been if I didn't have to report in every day.

Hi Dana. Looks like Tuesday wouldn't work for me either. DH wants me to take Greyor to Geisinger for his feeding stimulation thingie. For some reason, Greyor doesn't eat as well when DH takes him as he does for his mama and me. Welcome to the clean eating challenge. It does seem to help.

Shellbell, what did you do with your free afternoon?

Today's workout was KPC. I got it done early, which was wonderful with this heat. I'm thinking of trying the June rotation starting Monday. I think I have every workout except one.
