hate cardio dvds love doing strength dvds

any one here like one or the other. i love strength dvds and keep buying them i hate cardio dvds and buy them rarely if i do i rarely use them
 
I prefer Cathe's weight DVDs to her cardio DVDs, just because many of the cardio ones are still too difficult for me. And, with step, I get confused, the minute she turns her back to the camera, I am lost. My favorite cardio of hers is KPC and I can also do Basic Step.

Are you trying to gain muscle? Or lose fat? If you want to lose fat, you'll need to be doing some type of cardio, but it doesn't necessarily have to be DVDs if that's not what you prefer.
 
Why don't you come over to the I Hate Cardio Check-in on the check in forum. There will be lots of people that identify with you there!
 
Love Cardio. Love strength training. Love Cathe workouts. Love chocolate. Love red wine. Do you sense a theme here?
 
I agree with Diane. You're welcome to join us in the I Hate Cardio Check-in. We do cardio but we hate it and we like to complain about it.:eek:

That's correct. I am always right and I am never wrong. How could you take advice from a fuzz ball? And, curious as Melody's post made me, what do you like to do? Aerobically speaking, of course.
 
i do cardio by walking to work and i have a stepper one or twice a week and a rowing machine and air walker i us at home any where i go i walk i dont have car i live in city

Well, I'd say if you're accomplishing your goals weight and fitness wise with the cardio you described, you shouldn't worry about not liking DVD cardio workouts.:) It'd be a boring world if we all like the exact same things, wouldn't it?

Me too! I do like walking and the elliptical crosstrainer though. I have a rower and exercise bike too - both of which I hate LOL. I am glad its not just me. I really love Bodypump though, which is strength but has a bit of a cardio benefit also.
