Morning!
http://tools.digeratimarketing.co.uk/content/lb/smile/party/party0028.gif
I've just finished Fitball Challenge for lower body. I was really lukewarm to this workout when I first got it way back when.....and well, today when I started it out I thought, "Oh hey, this isn't that bad" but then midway I remembered why I was lukewarm about it.
One thing that sort of kind of bothers me is that the instructor, with all due respect, seems to be having throughout the workout, short fits of being possessed by the devil LOL. When she gets really into what she's doing, she will literally growl the instructions. I'm not kidding, it is literally a growl, and for a while it sends chills down my spine, then it makes me laugh, then it grinds on my every nerve.
"Okay, now put the ball against your legs and push down. Again, push. Push. Push. P~U~S~H." http://bestsmileys.com/evil/6.gif
Perhaps that's part of the burn effect. Eheh.
Okay, I've got to rush off now to put clothing on and get on the train.
See you guys later!

>That donut that Michele posted for you looks like a kind that I've had, but I think that the crunchy stuff may have been dried coconut?
There is also a coconut version, but the golden lard crystals one is much better!
I'm glad to hear your friend's surgery went well. She lost her voice? You mean as in temporarily lost it?
>Everyday day this week I've set my alarm for 4:15 and everyday I've gotten up at 5:15. I honestly think that the only way I'll get in a workout is in the a.m. but I can't do it. Why can't I do it? There are tons of other ladies on this forum that do.
I'm not even going to answer that silly question.
But I will address the fact that you feel like crying, which I'm hoping is more Auntie Flo's doing than anything. Are you still walking like you were during regular waking hours - like to or from work? I remember that was working well for your busy schedule? Shannon had a good suggestion - about getting up early to do things you might have to do in the evening, so that it would free you up in the evening to work out?
That's great that your friend wants to be more conscious of working out. Wow, gastric bypass. Did it end up working out well for her to do that drastic surgery? She certainly had the good sense to ask a Cathe Girl for help on lifting! Although I guess you'll really want to find more info about her ab muscles and what is all right for her to do.
And I know you wanted more stuff to do, so this works out well LOL.

>so, how did the pumpkin rind turn out in the chili?
I'm not sure when I can make it since I'm still in Frazzle Week. But you guys will be the first to know!
>Umm, no offense, but that picture of the donut that Michele posted doesn't look all that appetizing.
Well, I know the answer to that! It's because it's not in your oily hands in front of your soon-to-be-golden-larded mouth! That being said, it IS a Japanese donut and there simply is no comparing to US standards. Japanese cake is a complete joke.
>I have two horses, which I keep on my parents' property.
Somehow that reminded me of a joke by Steven.....forgetting his last name...it went something like, "I have the largest seashell collection in the world. I keep my shells on beaches all over the world."
JENNIFER - Wow, a post with the world "sun" in it! YAY! I'm so glad for you three!
And wow, lots of new workout DVDs coming your way! Woo hoo!
Okay, and to the rest of yous, have a great day!! :* :* :*
