Has anyone...

done both Pyramids one after the other on the same morning?:) I did that this morning! I called it my "Pyramid Challenge" }( I was feeling particularly weak at first and didn't think I'd make it through, but I seemed to get stronger as I went. Started with lower because it's harder for me of the 2. Anyway, feeling pretty proud! Hope everyone has a great day!

I am thinking to ry it. I have done ME upper body and pyramids lower body in the same day and it was a good workout.These exercises in the stability ball seem easier than they are in reality.Mantain the equilibrium using the stability ball is not easy at all.
 
Someone posted over at the Firm YaYas site that they did both Pyramids together the other day and burned over 600 calories!!! That was according to their heart rate monitor. Motivates me enough to try it!
 
Good heavens, no! Isn't this what the bonus combo is for :) I love these two workouts, but I think I would be pretty wiped out for a day or two. I bow to you!!! Did you save all the stability ball work for the very end, or do it at the end of each workout?

I have a few times, but I typically do the PLB in the morning and wait til evening to do PUB. YEP - that a good day ;)

I've done them back-to-back once with no pause in between and I was fried. My workout space was also really cluttered - I like the dumbbells only for PUB and barbell only for PLB, and with both of them out and all my plate weights and the High Step and the Club Step to use as a bench...it was a mess!

On other occasions, I've done them both on the same day, but with a break and a meal in between, to re-fuel.
