Has anyone used their 1RM test as their workout for the day?

Hi everyone!

I FINALLY started my 1RM test today...Wooo Hooo :D ! I decided to just do the upper body tests for today so I didn't have to keep switching equipment, and, I must say, I really used my muscles..lol The problem is, tomorrow is the day that I would normally do my upper body workout. I decided to stop the test for today and finish the upper body tests tomorrow and use it as my workout for the day. Has anyone else done this? I just don't want to do 2 upper bodies 2 days in a row. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well, what I did was just a few of the 1RM tests each day, and then did my normal workout afterwards. I think I remember reading that it's best to only do a small number of them each day because you will fatigue too much to get an accurate result.

Thanks so much! I should re-read the guide. That makes so much sense to do a few each day!
