Has anyone used Lose Your Mummy Tummy by Julie Tupler?

I bought this book and it is blowing my mind! Apparently, 98 % of postpartum women have diastasis (seperation of abdominal muscles), and I'm one of them!! She has a routine for correcting this, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it yet? I'd be interested in hearing from anyone else who has heard of the Tupler Technique.

I was amazed to see that she doesn't recommend doing some abdominal exerises like the Hundred, rolling like a ball, Rollups, etc from Pilates because all can make the seperation bigger or create one!!

Let me know your thoughts....

OH me too me too! I've been wondering about this book as well! Can't wait to lose that mummy tummy - and see my little girl too! ;-)

wow, this book sounds really interesting. I didn't know that those pilates exercise can make things worse! I'll be checking this book out, since I've been trying to lose my mummy tummy for two years!

You know, I could be wrong, but I *think* the reason why the pilates exercises might make the diastasis recti worse, is because when the separation of the abs muscles happens, you need to "splint" your abs when doing abdominal work, and it seems like it would be too hard to do that with the pilates stomach series.
