I bought this book and it is blowing my mind! Apparently, 98 % of postpartum women have diastasis (seperation of abdominal muscles), and I'm one of them!! She has a routine for correcting this, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it yet? I'd be interested in hearing from anyone else who has heard of the Tupler Technique.
I was amazed to see that she doesn't recommend doing some abdominal exerises like the Hundred, rolling like a ball, Rollups, etc from Pilates because all can make the seperation bigger or create one!!
Let me know your thoughts....
