I just quickly previewed the workouts. They aren't THAT bad. They are lacking the warm/up and cool down/stretch and don't have much back work, as mentioned....but Tom is likeable and the music's not any worse than other DVDs. They caption the exercise at the body (like Beachbody) which I like ....cuz once I do them a few times, I just listen to my own music.
They do have a lot of Mountain Climbers and pushups.....and those may bother my shoulders some.....but I'm sure I can do a different move if I need to.
I'll post more after I try them. I will probably run when they march and do the weighted moves faster like he suggested to me for a super advanced workout. I think you could put these together to make a good 1 hour long workout and use a different stretch at the end. I haven't viewed the 10 minute blast workout......but I bet that would be a good add on......I'll have to view it later.
The quality isn't bad. It's a bit odd there are only women in his class though......why no men?
