Has Anyone Done Cathe's Nutrition Program?

I'm at my wits end and have no clue how to lose these last 15 pounds! I'll lose a pound one week and gain 2 the next! Ugh it's so frustrating and I know it's my diet that needs tweaking, as my workouts are on point. What do you think of the nutrition program on here and which package did you purchase? How long did you use it? What were your results??
 
I purchased the one-month program just to see if I like it. I like it OK. I've had to type in a lot of nutritional values for the items I eat because they weren't on the list. That's no big deal, but I just don't have the time to devote to journaling so hard. And I'm starting to obsess. I actually have gained a pound this week, despite working out every day and doing the nutrition program. My body is just in a weird place right now. I'm starting to believe it's hormones because NOTHING has worked. I've tried every calorie/workout combination I can think of. I too am at my wits end. It's really not fair that my body remains fat while I work harder than most skinny girls. :mad::mad::mad::mad: Sorry to vent. Rough morning. I gained another pound.
 
I started with the one month program and then purchased the three month as soon as it expired. I had to put alot of my own custom foods in as well which is a bit tedious, but i love that the program keeps track of not only calories, fat and carbs, but also sodium, vitamins, etc.

I just wish that it could be linked up to a list of specific brand nutritional values the way that other sites (like calorie king for example) are.
 
And I also wish there were a way to track our supplements and multi-vitamins on there.

Have you tried creating a custom food? I used the program for about four months and that's what I did ("custom food" might not be the exact term). The first month was kind of a pain because of entering your personal favorites, as others have said. But after that it became much quicker and easier.
