Hardest legs DVD?

It was always Pure Strength that got my legs the most but today I am sitting here with serious DOMS in the glutes and hamstrings from Turbo Barre. I never get DOMS or at least rarely. Today just turned into a rest day unless I can decide on an UB workout.

I think Turbo Barre is a masterpiece. I try to do the Barre Leg Conditioning chapters a couple of times per month using light ankle weights. This was the workout that changed my mind regarding toning using lighter weights, I always thought the best way was to use heavy weights, but at least in my case, it is the combination of both.
