For those of you who have it, I was wondering which of the CTX cardio segments you find easiest and hardest.
For me, I find 10-10-10 the hardest - I think it's because you are mixing 3 types of workout together, and that hi/lo segment gets me every time. I'm usually gasping by the time I get to the Step porion!!
I find Kickbox the easiest - I feel really strong and powerful doing this one and it really helps me to get rid of any stress (still can't quite do all those plyo scissors yet though!)
What about you guys?
