Toasty -if you don't want your bottle of Temple Viper when you get it from the Lab, I'll still stand on my offer to buy it from you....just in case you don't think you want a 5 ml...but I don't see who in their right mind wouldn't (well.....???..LOL -- kidding). Do you have a 5 ml of Horreur?

Diane Sue - The girls on VF have said that Deep Discount's site is not on a secure server. I've always been afraid to order from them. What do you know about this? I see the one book is a buck cheaper...not really a biggie...but.

Dallys- Re: books and ADD (maybe you have some words of wisdom for this problem I have too) ....I have about 10 books that I've started reading that I never finish cuz I'm always getting sidetracked to the next thing. Any ideas on how to focus long enough to actually finish one?? LOL. It's really hard for me to focus and do one thing at a time. I'm always getting pulled in 9 million directions.

Lora, if you go to the bottom of deep discounts page they explain their security. I have save quite a lot on my Kimberly Spreen workout. I want Rainbeau Mars Dawn and Dusk and it is way cheaper there but out of stock. The Pit is out of stock as well. I got Tosca Renos Clean Eating book from there as well.

Diane Sue - I just bought them from Amazon, but now that I know you say DDD is safe, I'll have to start shopping there. They scared me over at VF. Hope I can sell some stuff to pay for them!

Dallys- I'm looking at the circuits in Jillian's book now and I just wondered what you do when she uses a gym machine.....like lat pull downs?
We do have equipment in the basement, but my DH doesn't like me down there cuz there's only room for one of us at a time and we work out at the same time. Do you have gym equipment that you use or do you modify somehow?
 
Lora- I have gotten into the same habit of not finishing books. I'm trying to break that bad habit. I get about 3 going at the same time lately. I do know that if I can just sit down and get through one book in under a week, I can finish it. I have to really buckle down and READ.
With the workouts that ask for an exercise on equipment I don't have, I just modify with any exersice that works that muscle in a similar way. For Lat pull-downs, the pull-up is probably the closest, but, you could also do bent-over rows or one- arm rows or use the band like Cathe and sit with band around feet and pull (which would also replace a seated cable row). I have alot of equipment in my basement, but still don't always have what I need. Like today called for leg extensions and I don't have a machine for that, so I just did it like Debbie Siebers does in SS, sitting and using ankle weights. Worked fine. I just work around it and don't really stress or worry much. Just recall same muscle exercises that are on your DVD's if you aren't sure. There will even be variations of exercises in some books. Muscles don't really know the difference.:)
