Hi All,
So excited, just had to share...purchased Kick Max and Muscle Max this morning...an email I got today said my DVDs will be delivered tomorrow!!! I can't wait to try them! I also have a quick question for those with knowledge/experience. I'm 21 years old, and quite fit. I consider myself an advanced exerciser, dropping to high intermediate depending on certain training methods and my experience with them, for example spinning. I wear a size 10 (sometimes 12 in pants) but thankfully have the body type that tends to "fool" people into thinking i'm closer to a size 8. I also weigh alot more than i look like i do, even my doctor is shocked to see that I weigh approx. 175 lbs (hopefully muscle mass bc of cathe!)...(and I know weight is only a number and I know i prob won't ever be 130 lbs at 5'7''...but I am interested in moving that number down a little bit...or getting a body fat percentage and lowering that) Does anyone have experience with at home body fat measurements or is it better to get that done professionally. Also, I am interested to see what your different weight loss rotations look like if you have tried one. Mostly, I'm looking to get into a size 6-8 pants ... i feel like that size would indicate an ideal and healthy weight range for me. I get very muscular so i feel like that mass and my height accounts for my higher weight. Any thoughts and opinions would be great. I forget who the post was from but one of you wonderful women posted a great rotation focusing on weight loss. It was as follows.
Mon - cardio/upper body wts
Tue - cardio/lower body wts
wed - cardio
thurs - total body weights
fri - cardio
sat - circuit
sun - off
a sample rotation for my week was this:
m - basic step/PUB
t - Imax2 (2nd 5 int)/PLB
w - Imax2 (1st 5 int)
t - power hour
f - 30 min run
s - cardio & weights
s - rest (stretch, light yoga)
i really like the breakdown of this rotation and any ways to make it better would be appreciated. also, last question and then i'll end this endless post...but do any of you find more frequent walking/running, combo of both to be highly effective in burning fat and slimming the legs...even more so than step?
Ok, thanks for reading and I look forward to any feedback...love coming to these forums, you guys are great!
