First let me say, take your time healing and I hope you are better soon
My question has to do with the Hardcore Celebration Rotation from March 2005(?). I am going to start the muscle endurance rotation and wanted to know if I should drop my leg weights to lift less. The rotation is MM, LM, Imax 3, MM, and KM, for 2 weeks. Seems like alot of leg work. Little confused about when to lift heavy or light. I don't want to bulk up- especially with the summer coming.
