Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday May 1

Morning Everyone,
I did Body Blast Push & Pull, Step & Intervals from Cross Train Express and abs from Legs & Glutes. I probably shouldn't have pushed that hard, as I can't seem to get over this stomach flu.

I've been on vacation all of last week and I hate my job, so I'm not looking forward to going back. I'm feeling a bit mental. Long story short, I've had some difficulty at work with the women I work for. They don't like me and have been trying to get me fired, but I'm determined to stay cuz it's in a large hospital and those kind of jobs are hard to find. Anyway, between the stomach flu settling into my system (stomach is my weak area and I have IBS also), I'm not looking forward to going back to work and I also have to get major dental work done tomorrow, as well as another doctor appointment after work on Wednesday. If I make it thru this week, I'll be happy. Sorry to unload here.....but I'm feeling a bit mental.....I guess that's why I went all out on my workout this morning. My last hurrah before the week of doom......(my bad.....Ms negative....I know).

I hope your parents are okay Solara. There is nothing in the world I wouldn't do for my Mom. I love her dearly. You've got to love them while their here, as they aren't here forever.

Have Great Workouts Everyone. Talk to you all soon.

This morning I was feeling great, I took yesterday off.
I did GS chest, triceps, Core max 3
Later it will be either imax 2 or 3.

Hi Loracj,
I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well I am sure you know this but I will remind you that vitamic C with each meal helps your inmune system it also helps with recovery from Colds, I am just getting off one myself . I also found that Folic acid helps me recover faster from a tough workout and is good for my mental health.

You are not Ms. Negative we all have our down days and we are here for each other. Focus on the now and try not to think about tomorrow, and think about all the great qualities that you have and all you have to offer in the job and to the world. Think positive!

I wish you the best,
Onix

I swear.....I drive myself crazy sometimes. All day I've been stressing over which rotation to do, as I don't do well without following a DVD/video (ADD girl here).

I posted this on the DVD/Rotation Forum Thread, but any help from my family here would be much appreciated. Anyone checking in today?

thanks,
Lora

"Hi everyone,

Would you kindly explain to me the benefits of training one body part per day? I'm trying to plan my May rotation and since I don't do well without following a DVD (ADD girl here), I'm planning on using my Body Blast Timesaver DVD and the CTX DVD (both of which are new to me). Also, if I want to work out for an hour a day versus 45 minutes, do you suggest repeating the weight work a second time for a better workout? I also want to make sure I'll continue to make gains in my fitness level doing this routine. Also, which workout are you not supposed to do after the Leaner Legs on CTX due to too much leg work?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

One more thing I need -- Does anyone know where that thread is that explains about all of the series and their purposes? I had it printed out but I lost it.

Thanks,
Lora"

Hi Everyone,
Todays workouts were split up. I did the w/u and cardio of HSTA then cardio segments only 2 times from HSC. Then went to church and came home and did Abs from HSC & MM and then Core Max #3 followed by stretch max with the band.

Lora,
If you use the CTX and BB Timesaver, I would do the cardio and weight segments of CTX and then do BB DVD's that match up for the body part. If you have time you could add in some of the BB cardios with the CTX. CTX for upper body is between 10-12 min a body part, BB is around 5 min. some contain more than one body part like chest & triceps. For lower body I think maybe one day do the power circuit's(which includes cardio) with the legs & glutes BB Timesaver, and another do leaner legs. This should be a good fat fighter and muscle toner. Good luck. Look forwards to a new workout and new body changes :)

Have a great day,
Diane Sue

Hey Beverly,
Nicole was asking about a rotation for working the Butt area and toning and tightening. I was thinking maybe doing MM Lower premix minus c/d, ME high step premix, and GS floor. Of couse I am a glutton for pain:) I am not sure where to go with upper. Also I was thinking a couple of times a week for Kick box workouts which work the glutes well, (where?) lower days? I love SS upper Blast not sure what you can come up with. There are so many options.

Hey Everybody ~

We got an impromptu appointment to "show the house" so I did HousekeepingMax after church. We booked out for 90 minutes or so and when we got back I took a load outta the dryer, put a load in the dryer and started another load in the washer.

Then, finally, I did LoMax. I was jammin' man! My DH & DD & I had attitudes (they don't like to to do Housekeeping Max!! WUWT??) So I projected my frustration into the workout. It really felt good.

Thank you everyone for your heartfelt expressions of compassion with regard to my parents. They're relatively young (63 & 64) but have some serious health issues. My mom has only one kidney (which thank God she is not having any issues with), has had a mild stroke and heart disease/open heart surgery (in the last 5 years) and my dad started dialysis last summer. Ten days ago, he got fired from his job (delivery driver for an auto parts store) and of course, the job prospects for a 64 year old retired cop aren't great. So now they're confronted with financial pressure on top of everything else. I have three siblings who don't "get it" and stick their heads in the sand whenever anyone other than themselves are in need. I can't express in an email how much all of you picking up on my post and giving me encouragement means. I love and thank you all for your kindness and friendship.
