Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday June 4

Hi Everyone,

Today was supposed to be my rest day, but it's that time of the month and I feel fat and mental, so I did a recovery workout. I did Lean Fitprime which is relatively easy. I did Stretchmax with the band also. What a surprise, huh? Seriously, I'm going to start taking my rest day once a week now.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow since I'm starting the new rotation on Monday. I might do High Step Challenge and omit the back and chest work. It's one of my favorite workouts so I'd like to do it before I start the June rotation.

Today was PLB and CoreMax #2 and StretchMax #2. I need more weights for my lower body workouts. My 4' bar and plates are in storage. Guess my DH didn't think I'd be needing them before we move. I showed him, huh?!!

I'm spending the rest of my day doing SeniorPromPrepMax with my DD! *wipes a tear from her eye*

Well it is after midnight here and I am finally able to check in. I have had family in and out all afternoon and evening and I kept two of my grandchildren overnight.
Anyway today I did Kick Max stopping at the stretch, GS calves and floor work, & CM Complete Core, MM Abs, GS legs st.

I think I may stick with thw May rotation (changed some for me )another week. That would be four weeks. Then do a variation of the first two weeks of the June rotation. Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day.
