Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday July 30

Morning Everyone,
This morning I did Powerstrike Mil. 3 and sure enough it did not get my heart rate up sufficiently. I'm sending it back. I'll count today's workout as a recovery workout. I also did Stretchmax on the ball and my AM Kundalini Yoga routine.
