Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday April 16

Morning Ladies -
Today was supposed to be my scheduled rest day, but since I will be taking 5 days off in a few days when I go on vacation, I decided to do an active recovery day today and did an easy workout. I did Kick Butt - Fast Cheetah (new Fitprime DVD). It was about 30 minutes of low impact aerobics, small amount of weights and some core work. I can't believe how easy other DVDs are after doing Cathe exclusively for a while.

Breakfast will be the usual yogurt and cereal and I'm not sure about lunch. Dinner will be salad.

Hi everyone,
This mornings workout was Bootcamp cardio only with the w/u, Low Max blasts, Core Max tough core and complete core, GS Back & Biceps using the Bowflex for the Bar rows & one arm rows. I went shopping today and the girl at the register commented on how buff I am. Then dh and I went to get some stuff for our hot tub and a woman in there asked if I workout. Must be the pump from this morning:) I just got back from shopping and am eating a Macdonalds premium grilled chicken with my own dressing.

Still discouraged and mystified about my body's refusal to budge:-(
(1/2 lb in 3 weeks hardly counts)
