Hardcore Rotation Checkin Friday Sept 2

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did TurboJam CardioParty 1. I am still not feeling all that well with this stomach thing, so I only did the 45 minutes of aerobics and then I did part of the TurboJam Abs. I had to stop because my stomach has pain in it with a combination of it being sore from working it yesterday. Surprisingly, I'm a bit sore from yesterday's workout. Must have been cuz I took 5 days off. I see TurboJam got some bad reviews on this board. Surprisingly, I thought it was a really good workout (with a bit of my own added impact & jumping). I wish my foot would heal so I could quit modifying. I actually probably jumped on it a bit too much with today's workout!

I'm going to start the Sept rotation on Monday. I'm a bit nervous because it's a little weak in the upper body weighted area, so I may add a circuit workout or functional fitness workout on the rest days when possible.

Today I did my final work out on the August rotation! Yeah! It was Imax 3, 200 walking lunges, and 200 sit ups (I only did 100 sit ups, though). That was the first time I did Imax 3 all the way through!! I came up short on a few of those plie squats. I had to rewind interval 9 step combo a few times. I think my favorite interval is #7 right now. That was fun! I finally feel up to speed after that nasty virus! Hopefully, the rest of my family will stay healthy now.

Now I just have to figure out which rotation I'll start next. What's everyone here doing?

Dallas-Great job on finishing aug05 rotation I am not sure what I am going to do. I want more then the september rotation calls for. Charlotte sent me a rotation that she made up for me since I told her I like long hard workouts. I will probably do that. It starts on sunday so today I am going o run again adding in more hills and then do abs. Later will be upper body work. Hey I got my pantry done!

Happy Friday Everyone!!

I am back home now. Made it home yesterday and it's great to be back home!

This morning I started out by running about 3 miles on my treadmill. Then I ate breakfast. Then, I did IMAX 1. After I finish this post, I think I will do Legs and Glutes and then that will be it for me.

I have not even looked at the September rotation...I'm just trying to get settled back in. I decided not to go to work today...


Next week I'll be back to normal and will be typing to you guys so much that I'll probably get on your nerves!!
