Ok so I did Tear it Up. It does seem more cardio then the other two that I have done but I would still add cardio to this Workout. It is 78 minutes long but the way the workout flows makes it go by fast. I did miss floor work for the lower body as I think that is what got my thighs and hips where I want them. I like the segment of upperbody using the resistamnce band. All is all it is a great freestyle workout that makes you sweat!! I am very pleased with all 3 of the dvd's from the series. Thanks again to Lora and Nicole for getting me into these. Nicole I am so with you on how quickly we can see results!
