Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Tone It Up followed by 20 minutes run/walk on treadmill. I think Tone It Up is my 2nd favorite SS.
Nicole - I think I'm a bit spoiled from not having to drag all of my equipment out for Cathe workouts and workouts that are shorter than Cathe's. I was thinking of starting the FL rotation on Monday, but I'm a bit nervous to jump right back in to Cathe. I might do a Body Blast rotation for a week or so and then an Intensity Series rotation for a week or so before jumping into a full blown Cathe rotation.
