Morning Ladies -
This morning I think I overdid it again. I started to feel like crap last night and I think it was cuz I've been working out too hard and not letting my body get over this virus.....but alas....I did it again. I ended up doing 75 minutes of cardio today. I got carried away. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill walk/run and then 20 on the the eliptical and then I came upstairs and did 30 more minutes of Shape Cardio Dance cardio and Jazz cardio. I also did 10 minutes of Shape Dynamic Abs (really different moves - liked this) followed by BeachBody Great Stretch (10 min). So much for taking it easy.
I'm off to soak my cement shoulders in the tub. I can't take this pain. It's supposed to snow and be in the 20's here all week....so I don't think this will help my pain.
