Morning Everyone,
This morning I took an active rest day. I only did YBB Live Complete Body Sculpting and YBB Live Cardio Cabaret Burlesque Style repeating the aerobic segment twice (it's only about 15 minutes of solid aerobics). I then did Total Body Stretch #1 on the ball. I'm off to soak in the tub and get on with my day!

Sabrina - I got that Jillian Michaels book yesterday. The newer one. It looks like an interesting read. After seeing her body in more pictures, I can't wait to get the workouts. She has an AWESOME body. She's sort of tall (like me) and she is about as muscular as I'd like to get. I really like her size. I'm very anxious to start doing the workouts. I hope they ship out on Tuesday like they're supposed to!! Also, regarding the diet part of the book....I doubt I could zig-zag calories. It seems like way to much work for me, but I am interested in the different types of oxidizers, but I haven't taken the test yet to see which one I am.
