Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sat Nov 26

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Reebok Intense Moves cardio. I can tell I've lost some of my cardiovascular gains from doing Slim Series. I'll have to work on this now to get it back.

Have great workouts. I'm off to soak in the tub and maybe do a little Christmas shopping and then we'll probably go to a movie.
 
Good afternoon,
My Dad left today and I got a workout in. We had a wonderful visit. Maybe as far as eating I don't want to talk about all of the pie and stuffing etc. I ate. I am thankful leftovers are not at my house. Christmas will be different though since I am doing a lot of the cooking. My workouts have been much shorter due to company and holidays. Thursday was off. Friday I did one of the preset programs in my treadmill. It was a 30 min program at 6mph max and level one incline max. My legs were still sore. I followed this with HSch abs and stretch. I did not want to leave my company sitting to long. We then went to my daughters and had lots of chips while playing games and then dinner which was roasted pork tenderloin and baked potatoes and then more pie!! Today I did CTX Power Circuits w/u and cardio circuits, then Muscle Max upper push pull premix, abs and st.. Hopefully tomorrow I can get in some more cardio and ab work. Today I started with South Beach Waffles I made for guests before they left I need to take some control again. I did enjoy the holiday. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
