Hardcore Rotation Checkin, April 28 Thursday

Good morning!

Today, GSCT are on the rotation. I'm not feeling very strong this morning so I lightened up the weights on a few sets. I've been lifting heavier the past week so I'm not going to get discouraged about going lighter today. I had a bowl of Kashi Go Lean for supper which does not have enough calories to support an early AM weightlifting workout. My bad. I'll do the run this afternoon after work. I hope you all have productive workouts if today's your day. If today's your rest day, enjoy your break and do something thing that makes you smile!
