Today is my rest day. The time change threw me off this morning. I forgot to change the alarm clock and woke with sun coming in the window. I may go do a little yoga since I cut my workout shorter so dh and I could go to the local town history museum. It is not open very often.
 
Today is my rest day too. After yesterday I should don like 2 hours of cardio! LOL! Diane Sue - I do the same thing, start unloading tons of candy if it looks like it's slowing down. We only have suckers left and I'm not a huge sucker lover so I'm safe! Glad all the good stuff is gone.

Our bon fire party last night was fun, but very cold. Wow, I just could not get warm. We made some camper pies and they were SO GOOD!

Hopefully I can eat fairly decent today.

Morning Maniacs -

No motivation this AM and back still killing me, but DH wanted to do cardio with me, so we did Rev Abs & Prevention 2 Wk Turnaround. Cardio was 63" and max HR was 163. I burned 715 calories. We also did Baron Baptiste Unlocking Athletic Power Yoga. I still need more stretching.

I need to start chosing a day each week for a rest day....but my schedule is all over the place.

Have great workouts or rest days.
 
Well, I don't know about eating today. We went to the local mexican restaurant. Their food is so good. A family owns it. We have had them have children help bring our food. Anyway I can't resist those darn chips and salsa. Although dh ate more than me. But I thought I would try the taco salad. Well, not a better choice. Loaded with refried beans. Not a lot of lettuce and not much chicken. Most of the time I go for fajitas and request 1 corn tortilla. Well, between the candy and today I really need to eat clean this next week. It may be hard as we have grandparents day at my granddaughters school tomorrow. They always have donuts. And for some reason my granddaughter insists on bringing me one. Maybe I can pass it off to dh LOL

Debbie, we were only left with a handful of tootsie rolls and some dots. Not too bad. I hate suckers. That wouldn't be a problem here.

Lora, you got a great calorie burn today despite the back issues. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
 
So you guys have candy, huh...I'm jealous! I have no candy, alas. My bf wanted to go trick or treating, actually, but I think it's kinda weird to trick or treat without kids...no offense if any of you do, lol.

Anyway, I'm hoping there'll be some chocolate cake around here soon.

Today's workout, just finished, was A-Team Bootcamp.
