Morning Fit Ladies -
This morning I did P90X Plyo X listening to my own music (can't see how anyone can do these over and over and not listen to their own music). I modified some of the higher tuck jumps on the rebounder for my sciatica that's acting up. I had a much better workout than last week.
I'm really getting sick of Plyo X but I just can't think of a good replacement for it. One of the Imax's would be a good cardio option to replace it, but I think Plyo X really works your legs...so I stuck it out opposed to substituting.
Diana Sue - Did you continue to do Plyo X and Kenpo X all the way through to the end of your P90X rotation? I know you did additional aerobics and I'm not, other than my Saturday and Thursday additions of step aerobics. Do you think my body is too used to PlyoX and Kenpo X? Next week's a recovery week for me, so I'll do different aerobics next week and then I have my final 4 weeks of P90X. Should I keep doing the Kenpo & Plyo? I don't really want to start subbing Cathe's Imax, as I'm planning on doing a Cathe rotation next. thanks for your help. Also, do you think those Crouching Cohen curls they do for biceps are good enough for concentration curls since your resting your elbows on your legs? My arms don't seem to get as sore from Shoulders & Arms as they used to. I wish P90 had 2 different arm workouts....maybe I'll throw in Power Half Hour Arms for the next phase to shake it up. I know I do Back and Biceps in the last phase also, so that should shake it up a bit more.
Have great workouts everyone. I'll try to check in from work...but you know how that goes.
ETA: Attn: Beachbody Fans - Debbie Seibers is coming out with 4 new DVDs....only 30 minutes each. One is upper body and core? (I think), 1 aerobic, one core and one aerbobic/weight one (I think). Someone posted about it over at VideoFitness. She states they are meant to compliment the Slim Series/Slim in 6 since those are so lower body oriented. They would make good add ons to the Slim Series or Slim in 6 to shake up the rotation.
