Morning Ladies -
I didn't get to bed until 10 last night and couldn't fall asleep until after 11:30 ......so I probably only got about 3 hours of sleep. I can't stop falling asleep this morning. I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 with weighted gloves and ankle weights on (not sure if anyone's ever done this before, but my feet felt too light with the gloves on). I didn't have that good of a workout since I'm dragging.
Dallys - I average about 4-5 hours of sleep a night.
Cecil - Welcome to the check in. Thanks for the kind words about my job. Things are a bit better this week. I had another talk with my boss ...She again accused me of complaining about her to HR and I reminded her that I was used and dragged into the situation. It could change at any moment though.
Megadoo - I only have seen bits and pieces of GH over the last 3 days. I keep falling asleep while watching it. I like the old Carly with Sonny! LOL
Diana Sue - I still can't decide what workout to do for tomorrow. I don't feel I've had a particularly strong weight workout this week or cardio. I don't know what tape I can do that is about 55 minutes long that will give me both of the above. Any ideas? I want my last workout to be a good one before I leave for Vegas.
