Morning Maniacs -

This morning I overslept yet again.....so I had to cut my cardio short. I did The Firm Harcore Fusion - Express Version 35". Max HR was 150 and I burned 340 calories. I then did 1/2 hour of Kundalini Yoga. I did Dance the Chakra's - Yoga set only.

Have great workouts everyone....off to work here shortly.

Today is my normal rest day. Tightness is still there, but not as bad. The stretching is definitely helping.

Diane Sue - I agree with what you said yesterday and I did understand what you were trying to say. I need to get a foam roller, still haven't invested in one of those yet. I think the only way I'll get my stretching in is if I do it in the evenings like I have been. I just need to make it a habit and just do it. I feel so much better when I'm done.
 
Today was supposed to be my rest day but I got up did some Insanity. Had a party last night and a surprise 70th for my mom today so I thought I better do some extra cardio.

Debbie, I need to make time for stretching too and make it a habit.
 
Today is a rest day. I will do Kelly Coffey's Bootcamp bonus stretch premix that includes a w/up and use the foam roller in a bit. Still need to work out a rotation so I don't waste time in the mornings thinking about what I want to do.

Debbie, enjoy your rest day. I am glad that you understood what I was saying.

Roselyn, all of those extra parties and outings can add up to extra calories for sure. I have had so many birthday parties and extra family dinners and outings lately. It is hard to keep them burned off. Insanity was probably a good choice;)
