I thought I would start this. No workout for me today. I am taking my rest day day. I am supposed to start STS Meso 2 tomorrow. Right now I feel like I need to get motivated. Maybe tomorrow will be different :)

Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Cathe's Drill Max - Scrambled Cardio Premix. Workout was about 54" and I burned 510 calories.

Hey there! People must be busy this weekend! Hopefully fun stuff. Today's been a big school work day for me. Really not much of a weekend as yesterday was pretty much the same. Oh well. maybe I'll catch up on some free time tomorrow. My workout was Tracy Long's Endurance for Movement. I haven't done it for a while. It was fun to have a change. I'll definitely be doing it again soon. Hopefully I'll feel better next time, though...I think I may be a bit sick. Yesterday and today I've just felt like something isn't digesting properly. =(
