Morning Maniacs -

It's my second rest day in a row due to my work schedule. I can't wait until tomorrow morning so I can work out again!

Have great workouts everyone.
 
I am getting ready to go do Kettlebell Goddess Legs and Butt with some add ons, some swings,step ups, hills , and I think I may add in some lateral band walks with my super band. I will check back later if I have time. I am picking dh up from the airport this afternoon.
 
Good Morning, today was Insanity Sports Drill followed by Insane abs. Tomorrow Imax. What supplements do any of you take? I do take BCAA's any other suggestions.
 
Hi Ladies. I haven't worked out yet today; that'll probably happen later. last night I did Amy's A-Team Bootcamp, though.
 
Hi girls-
Today was weights and cardio. Monday start a different weight program and I am stoked.

Roselyn- I take BCAA's before and after workout, I take essential fatty acids, chlorella, a multi vitamin, and green tea extract. I tried beta alanine (which is supposed to help build muscle) but it caused me to itch bad....which can be a side effect. Hope this helps.
