Om I get to start us off!!!!! Today, I decided it was time for a bit of Kickboxining, to get these ole arm moving again, yeah:) I did KPC my fav and KM leg drills. Have a wonderful day all:)
 
Right now I am sitting in the cold wind watching granddaughter play soccer. I did Brook Benton Kettle Body Cardio Kettlebell 32in 200 cal, then day 83 Sureme 90 core dynamics 23 min 134 cal. 55 min total 334 cal.
