Today I pulled out an oldie but a goodie and did Cathe's Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Wow, I miss her old lifting workouts so much, lots of fun! They are slow and controlled, basic weight training exercises and very little chitter chatter. This workout was made in 2006 The outfits, and the hairstyles are hilarious
I will be doing Back and Biceps next. I will go heavier weights next time, I did not know what to expect. Cathe did 10 reps and 8 reps for exercises, I did 12 reps for them all.

I see that have of the US is going to be fridged temps for the next week or so, Florida will be below freezing! We have 60 degrees here but next week it will get close to 70! We have had NO rain this winter, just some heavy fog. I hope we get some soon.
