It was very hard rolling out of bed this morning, as I work early, my pain is flaring horribly and it's freezing, brutal cold here. I ended up doing Tracey Long's Staying Power. Workout was 65" and I burned 510 calories.
Diane Sue - I saw your post about shoes last night, but the link to the Brooks shoes didn't work. Which Brooks shoes did you have that wore out quickly? I'm wondering if I should try to find something else?? I'm still having PF issues, but I think mine is mostly from being on my feet all day and a combo of working out.
