Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Jan 14th

This morning I did Cathe's Low Impact Supersets 41 min, 359 calories, I then did slide and glide Muscle conditioning which with the w/u and str., 30 min, 170 calories. I finished off with Cardio Spersets Bonus and stretch 30 min, 233.
Total was 97 calories 762. I am trying to get calorie burns with some of the premixes so I can log them.
I am going to the store and picking up two of my grandchildren to spend the night. This is my day to forget everything and just have fun:D Too much on my mind lately. Emergency vehicle sirens going off at 4 am. I feel bad for whoever it is. We live in the country so sirens are not the normal thing. I had a hard time going back to sleep for wondering who it was.
