GM Ladies-
yesterday I chose plyo legs....love that workout. Workout was 39 min and I burned 559 calories. So I lost 1 pound this week
I thought it would be more, but I guess I need to reign in my coffee habit. Also, I tweaked my meal plan a bit, so I think I will continue to have success.
Today is a run. I think it will be on the treadmill, if not I will run tomorrow and do a kb workout.
