GM Ladies-

yesterday I chose plyo legs....love that workout. Workout was 39 min and I burned 559 calories. So I lost 1 pound this week :) I thought it would be more, but I guess I need to reign in my coffee habit. Also, I tweaked my meal plan a bit, so I think I will continue to have success.

Today is a run. I think it will be on the treadmill, if not I will run tomorrow and do a kb workout.

Today was a rest day due to my recovery week starting today. My left hip flexor is really tight and was really bothering me yesterday. I thought it would be good to have a rest day. I'll do some cardio tomorrow.

It is Finished!! STS that is!:D

This morning was Meso 3, Disc 36 Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. Again you alternate the exercises resting a minute between sets and doing 4 sets total of each exercise.

It was all suppose to be at 85% of 1RM but I said forget that and decided to push it to the max. Which started out good but I paid for towards the end.:D

Workout was 1:05 and I burned 486 calories.

12-40# (these are up 10# from what I had been using)

Barbell Curl
8/8/8/8 - 60# (up 2#, I have never curled 60# for 8 reps before, but like I said I think I paid for it later)
Flat Bench Tricep Extensions
8/8/8/8 - 21's (so frustrated with the strenght difference between my right & left :confused:)

8/8 - 18# (Could not maintain form with 20# on the left)

(okay by the end I was doing a two finger assist through the sticking point on the last few reps of each set:p)
Cross Body Kickbacks
8/8/8/8-18# (left was failing like mad, did additional reps on the left for the last set)
 
My workout this morning was STS back and biceps disc 21 along with 150 kettlebell swings for a warm up. I used the Bowflex for some of the moves. I then did 5 day get fit abs and abs with weights no plates from STS, I finished with 5 Day get Fit Kickbbox 2 x . Stretch was 5 Day Get Fit power yoga, Flexible Warrior athletic yoga energy and swim segment. Total calories burned today was 721 and 55% fat DH and I went to lunch and spread topsoil where we had sprinklers moved for the concrete and our fifth wheel. It was cold :0 We have a wedding to go to this evening.
 
TGIF, indeed! I have a cold, thanks to bf, so today is a rest day, but it would be a rest day anyway. Friday is my longest day at work, so it's a good day to take it easy when I get home. Here's what I've been up to otherwise, though, since I haven't checked in.
Tues---Tracey's Strictly Upper Body
Wednesday--Tracey's Glute Camp and ab workout one from Amy's Abs and Stretch
Thurs---Yoga class.
