Morning Fit Ladies -

This morning I did P90X Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X with ankle weights and a med ball. I did all of my back work seated with the band to make it harder and used weights for most of the leg work. I listened to Buckcherry (of course).

Diana Sue - I don't know if I could learn Rock Steady Step. I've heard it's really hard and she does a lot of turns. I have trouble learning and turning. I learned Seasun's SUS facing forward first, then started adding the turns. I had to practice it once or twice a week for a couple months before I got it. I think her cueing is excellent. Is Rock Steady Step as much fun as SUS? Also, what year is it from?

Hi to everyone else. Have great workouts.

I'll try to check in from work later. I sort of "lost it" a little on my boss yesterday. I couldn't bite my tounge and was in no mood for her...and I fought back with her yesterday. She kept at me for a bout 5 more minutes and then backed down and started being nice. I don't want to push my luck doing that often though. When I was leaving she said something like you know we love each other........you didn't have to be so mean to me. She's wack!!

Later...............

Have great workouts everyone.

Diana Sue -

I forgot to ask you. The last few weeks of this P90X Lean rotation doesn't have the Leg & Back workout. I don't know about only working my legs with Core Synergestics and Plyo X, so I was gonna do the weeks out of order again, so I can cycle in some of the weeks with legs and back. Do you think that's okay?

Good Morning,
Today will be some treadmill work and circuits maybe some SS ad on as I have already went through GS and had a yoga day. This is what I have been trying to do this month so I had a couple of weeks of S&H and now am on second week of GS.

Lora, I think it would be fine to do that with your rotation. I was worried about legs when I did P90X. A couple of times I added on an extra leg workout. Then I realized I was not losing leg strength. I did try to add as much to the leg work of legs and back as possible. As far as Rock Steady Step, it does have a lot of turns. It is done the same as SUS adding to the first moves but it has about 20 minutes and then changes to a whole new set of moves. There are a lot of turns. I still don't have it down, but have not worked at it that hard. My problem is when I work at it, unlike SUS, I don't seem to be able to keep my HR up while learning. I still think it is fun. It came out in 2003.

Well - just looks like us two today Diana Sue. I'm beginning to wonder if I did something to make everyone mad? or better yet, nobody checks in cuz I'm doing the same boring workout every day. Just kidding........but where the heck is everyone today?

Lora

I downsized your picture so you could use it on the other site.
It's the same address as the larger one here, but add a "1" at the end.

Good afternoon,
I did Amy Bento's Bootcamp stopping at the stretch, then I did 1/2 mile treadmill runs with Jari Love's slim & Lean upper body segments and abs between each run. I got in 3.5 miles on the treadmill.

Lora, I think Debbie said she was going on a many vacation and Netta said something about going tent camping.

Hi to everyone
Diane Sue

Okay Diana Sue - I'll talk to you tomorrow I guess. Thanks to the DH for the picture cropping. I really need to learn how to do some of this stuff. I'm getting so out of touch with technology.

I wonder where Toasty is today.

I'm going to bed early. It's been a long week. My neck and back are still hurting from the concert. I think that guy must have hit the back of my neck/head a bit harder than I thought at the time. I think I was caught up in the show and my adrenaline was pumping.

I'v decided that I'm going to do TLT's, yoga and aerobics for my P90X recovery week. I'm just going to follow the week loosely, but take a break from the P90X DVD's. I'll probably throw some Turbojam's in. I'm gonna make it a fun week. I'm looking forward to the yoga. I'll probably only take 1 rest day. Is that what you did when you did you're recovery week? I remember you did a lot of aerobics.

See you in the AM.

Lora,
I pretty much stick with the aerobics all of the time. A fun week is probably in order. I think I am all right with the yoga segments I have chosen this week and last week. So much less hamstring and hip pain and shoulder pain. I think I need to go into yoga really slowly. I am starting to improve cutting down on the yoga and choosing what I think will not put areas that are already having some spasms in jeopardy. I am pretty sure that this is where my pain is coming from. I am still using the treadmill at no more than 1% incline though. I will try a hill workout when I think I am pretty much back to normal and see for sure where my problem is coming from. I wish I could do the picture cropping etc.. Maybe I just don't pay enough attention because I have DH to do it for me:) I hope you get a good nights rest.
