Today I did cardio and chose one of the Cardio Coach mixes I just recently made. It included the last 2 challenges from CC #8 which are tough challenges. I did well with this workout. I then did the leg/buttocks/hip stretch from the new Karen Voight DVD I just got. Nice stretch workout, can't wait to do to the whole thing.
I have to say, Coach Sean still inspires me with these cardio workouts. I wish he would have listened to his words a bit more and overcame the stuff he was going through. Such a shame that he isn't with us anymore.
