I think this is really healthy for the most part, but not quite Keto. I can't get the carbs to that magical 5% mark! Oh well, things like oatmeal and mixed veggies are so good for you, you know ... I don't think it's worth giving those wonderful foods up to get to that 5% carb level. I will have to see how I do, weight-loss wise. Nutrition is of upmost importance
#1: 3 whole eggs, 1 pkg plain oatmeal sweetened w/Splenda
#2: Abacore tuna steak, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, mixed veggies
#3: 1 oz nuts, 1 EAS AdvantEDGE shake, 1 Carb Master yogurt
#4: Chicken breast, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, mixed veggies, 1 Carb Master yogurt
#5: One post-wo shake (2 scoops pp in water)
Cals: 1813/Fat: 91.5g(45.42%)/Pro: 194g(42.80%)/Carbs: 51g(11.25%)
Legs in a little bit! I may do some chins and incline DB presses (higher weight lower reps) and see if that does not help to blast these strength plateaus
