I only won a imps worth. :p O.k. now Lora, I am thinking of burning 700 cals after Thanksgiving Day.

Alright, got to get my butt in the shower and then to grocery store. I hate the clock today. No time.
 
Toasty - great go on the calorie burn. An imp's worth is one wear for me!! LOL.

Suz -I don't start 'till Dec 3 but I need the week or so to try to transition back to the early schedule of getting up at 2:00 am (or maybe earlier ..........cuz my job is so far away and with the change of clothes, etc). I'm more nervous than excited. I have zero faith in myself and my abilities and my DH does not help matters any. I'm scared I won't be able to do it and then be out of a job again.....and not even have Walgreen's (sucky as it was.....I did enjoy helping the customers, etc and it was a job).

Let's not go to BAD EATS today. I need to burn 2000 calories tomorrow (must go look for the appropriate workout now!! LOL). I've been on a chocolate binge and then today, I added an iced sugar cookie, caramel creams at my Mom's and marshmallow peeps ...the snowman kind. I'm outa control. Need to get a grip or I'll be wide as as house!

By the way, I got my BSN Lean Dessert Protein and made a shake the other day and I didn't like it as much as my Pro-Elite Chocolate kind I have from the Barbell store. The kind I have is lower in carbs, sugar, fat, calories, and higher in protein and tastes much better than the BSN Dessert kind! I was amazed. I will still keep it and use it when my other stuff runs out, but in the future, I think I'll stick with the Pro-Elite stuff I had from the Barbell store.
 
Well, before I forget as I sit here with major DOMS in my biceps, I need to post my "eats"

EATS:

Meal 1 Kelloggs High Protein Cereal w/1/2 banana
Meal 2 Protein Bar
Meal 3: Spiced Shrimp, salad and sweet potatoe
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Oatmeal with protein mixed in. I am just not hungry for a regular dinner meal. Tired and sore as heck.

ETA: Lora, you will never be as big as a house. As much cardio as you do I would not worry about a few treats. Your crazy if you wanna burn 2000. I won't be there to pick you off the floor. Sorry:p
 
I think this is really healthy for the most part, but not quite Keto. I can't get the carbs to that magical 5% mark! Oh well, things like oatmeal and mixed veggies are so good for you, you know ... I don't think it's worth giving those wonderful foods up to get to that 5% carb level. I will have to see how I do, weight-loss wise. Nutrition is of upmost importance

#1: 3 whole eggs, 1 pkg plain oatmeal sweetened w/Splenda
#2: Abacore tuna steak, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, mixed veggies
#3: 1 oz nuts, 1 EAS AdvantEDGE shake, 1 Carb Master yogurt
#4: Chicken breast, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, mixed veggies, 1 Carb Master yogurt
#5: One post-wo shake (2 scoops pp in water)

Cals: 1813/Fat: 91.5g(45.42%)/Pro: 194g(42.80%)/Carbs: 51g(11.25%)

Legs in a little bit! I may do some chins and incline DB presses (higher weight lower reps) and see if that does not help to blast these strength plateaus

Whew! This was brutal tonight. I'm finally at a point where it is actually hard

Leg Extension: 3x15x95
Guess what? I began feeling nauseous halfway through this.

Laydown Leg Curl: 3x12x60
Stable. I had to squeeze the last few reps out

Standing Calf Raises: 3x15x130
Stable.

No cardio afterwards. I warmed up for 5 minutes on the treadmill pre-workout.

Well, this is my 3rd night at the attempt of Keto, and although I am not tired yet, not stinky-breathed, not foggy-minded - I could tell a difference in my gym performace tonight. My endurance was down. Still, it was a good workout.
 
Finished our birthday dinner. 2 small slices of pizza, salad with l/f dressing, small slice cake with light ice cream. One more day and then hopefully an eating recovery week or two LOL

Suz, I sent a whole cake home with my son in law since it was his birthday:) I do have a little left. Lots of pizza left that I crammed into the freezer.

Lora, it is hard this time of year. Then you order wonderful smelling beauty products and they send you candy too:0 Funny I got the candy from Villainess and looked at the large chocolate marshmallow one and was thinking of Lush and wondered it it was edible or a bath treat LOL

Penney great workout. You are doing well with your diet. My dh did Adkins for quite some time and lost a lot of weight. We changed though. I felt like it was not as healthy as it should be. Funny though, he is choosy about his veggies and he has not eaten green beans in two years after that. It was the only green veggie he would eat.
