I got my workout in. Cleared up some more clutter and threw away more magazines and stuff. My workout was BOSU blast stopped at the core and walked jogged on the treadmill for 2 miles, then did the core work from bosu blast, I added 3 sets of 20# decline crunches 20 reps, 3 sets of hanging knee raises with 10# medicine ball 15 reps, 5 sets of banana holds for 35 sec (up 5 sec from last time) with shoe weights and 10# dumbbell. I finished with Eoin Finn's PYFH magically hips yoga no shavasana.

Lora, I am so sorry. Maybe you can just tighten up your diet and stick with weights and yoga till after Vegas. I know it will be hard but you can do it. You don't want to get there and not be able to walk. And I was just getting ready to tell you that once I had mentioned I thought the bosu aggravated the Plantar Fasciitis but it hasn't since the first time. I went back and looked at the workout days before that and saw I had done a lot of long treadmill running.
Debbie, I always find it annoying when I have to waste my workout time trying to mess with some gadget. Sorry you had problems with your hr monitor.
Suz, I don't know what it is about those biceps on Pyramid upper but I always feel like my arms are going to fall off before I finish. I don't take rests but do have to go lighter to do it at the pace Cathe does. Then after your arms are so fatigued those pikes are killer.
