Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed Feb 21

I did get in all of my workout today. After the initial 3 miles on the treadmill and returning from dropping off the children I did Body Max 2 w/up and the first 3 cardio segments stopping at the power circuits, I then did the Muscle & Fitness Hers workout adding biceps & calves, finished with the Body Max2 stretch. Our workers will be back again tomorrow. Still have to finish up and we are getting the shed done too so it will be the same.

Dallys, I think I will download an i Train since it is free and see what I think. Thanks for posting the code.

Lora, the Wishbone Raspberry Vinegrette is 80 calories per serving. I also purchased a limited edition Wishbone cranberry walnut vinegrette with extra virgin olive oil today. It tastes good. It is 90 calories. You have to make sure you shake them up good. I think they may be my favorite.

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Inhale w/ Steve Ross (Yoga 45 mins) with my DH followed by Tamilee Webb's I Want Those Abs-Program 2 (15 minutes). That abs workout makes me sweat-not sure why-maybe I am using too many big muscle groups instead of abs-or maybe there is some truth to the "tested highest in the lab" efficacy of the exercises she chose.

Diane Sue-Hope those roofers get finished soon! So smart (and considerate) about saving salad dressings for your guests!

Dallys-We had 50's here today, too. Nice WO! 3.5 is a long way! Are you walking through your neighborhood or did you go to a park? Did you listen to tunes or just take in the sounds of the day?

Janie-What yoga/stretch did you end up with?

Lora-My TJ Live series came in today along with the higher resistance band (purple) so I am too excited! I also got my Netflix DVDs (so fast this time :) ) so I got to peek at YBB. It looks goofy, but a lot of fun at the same time...I think I'll like them, too! I guess I should just tell Beachbody to keep my credit card information handy.

Deb-Holy crap! 12's on front raises and 15's on laterals! Shoulders is such a tough area...that's some killer weight you're doing. How high are you planning to go? I don't think I've ever seen most of those demonstrated any higher than 5's or 8's. I was cracking up at "GMAFB" or something like that-hadn't seen it typed like that before but it only took me a minute to figure it out! :+

Char-I guess I could definately see getting bored too after following the same program for so long. We get it in our heads to switch things up every 3-4 weeks but w/ that WO you have to throw that concept out the window to some degree.

Randi-That's one I haven't done. You seem to do a lot of Cathe's but still have great variety to the workouts you do...do you have all of her workouts?

Suz/Meg-Where are you girls? We miss you! Hope you had a good day!

Amber-Hope you got your workout in. I know how it is working late sometimes!

Suz-I had chicken chili tonight. I use the regular chili mix packets you get in the store, but add ground chicken instead of ground beef. It is awesome! I also top it with jalapeno slices (did you know they are only 5 calories for 20 slices...just get a ton of salt with that, though) and greek yogurt (in place of sour cream) to cut the heat.

So everyone, what do you put on your chili?
