Leg Lifts X 3
Lumberjacks on Ball X 3
Bike

.. now for some homemade mac n' cheese yum.. Debbies COD sounds good too :)
 
Ally the only move that I know of that Amy does is on Slo Mo and it is called a Jefferson squat. She uses one dumbbell and kind of goes across the body toward the opposite foot as she lowers into the squat. She does several like this then she starts doing a toe in and out move while in the bottom position. That part seems hard on the ankles when you are on carpet. She only uses a 25# dumbbell.
