Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tuesday June 10

Ally - Here is my perspective from doing WS myself. If WS has you dreading your w/o all together, by all means take the whole week off and do nothing. In all honesty WS has burned me out like nothing else ever has. I have never dreaded a workout to the extent that I dread WS yesterday! Which is why I didn't do it! I am so glad I did and I am so happy with the changes I made this morning. That said, after WS is over I could see doing a recovery week with some moderate lifting, because I don't feel like I have been lifting very much at all, and if any thing backing way off the cardio because there has been just so much of it. Just some moderate to easy stuff, if I felt like it. Again that's just my opinion and how I feel about WS. HTH!
