Hey, just got done with Stepblast. Didn't start till about 5 cuz I was out all day.

Sandy- yeah I used to be on here daily but have been MIA for a couple months. Life stuff lol. But happy to be back.

Chest
Flat Barbell Press:
65# - 12/12/11

Back
Pullovers:
35# - 10/7
30# - 11
These were difficult tonight!

Quads
Bulgarian Split Squats:
30# - 12
50# - 12/12
These are a love/hate excersise! Hate doing them, but love the results they give!!!

Biceps
Zottman Curls:
15# - 12/12/12
I think I've found a new excersise that I love...these, could feel it it in forearms and biceps like I'm supposed to!

Triceps
Close Grip Bench Press:
45# - 8/12/10
These were also difficult tonight!

Shoulders
Front Raises:
10# - 12/12/12

I'm not gonna give excuses as to why my weights were down, they just were, but maybe it was just an off day for me. Ya'll inspire me to keep going even when I don't feel like it, so that's what I did tonight! Thanks to all!

Looks like some of us got late starts but did really good.
I just finished mowing after I ate my tuna fish for dinner and I woofed it down with some sugar free jello and sugar free cool whip. Yeehaw!

Here is what I did prior to that:

SHOULDERS:

Overhead DB Press W/U 2/15 15# db's
Overhead DB Press 3/8 w/25# db's
Arnold Press 4/6 w/25# db's (I thought I may have to go down as the last reps on the last 2 sets were a bit of a struggle, but I bit down my teeth and bore it). lol
BB Upright Rows (off smith machine 60# bb 4 sets/8
Bent Over Lat Raises 15# db's 4/8

Did not do the trap move cuz my traps feel sore enough from the deadlifts I did yesterday.

I am getting ready to have my watered down version of my protein shake.

For anyone that is curious about pheromone perfume....

I have been ordering a few from Lovepotion.com. The best one yet, imo is Phero: Cougar Girl (scented). This definitely attracts...too much. lol. Has a nice grapefruit smell to it as well. I tried Phero Girl rebrewed and hubby says it smells like stinky animals so now I don't want to wear it, but I can't smell that..I only smell the honeycomb.

Anyhoo, just thought you would be interested.
