I did CC#4. Stayed on for 45 minutes. I can tell I'm out of shape cardiovascularly b/c my HR didn't go down quickly (or at all) like it usually does. Usually it goes down really fast. Not today!
Then I did Bi's and Tri's from the new Bootcamp workout.
Diane Sue - I'm sorry I didn't see your post about a sewing machine. I saw your question last night and I was going to answer and I fell asleep. My first machine was a Singer and I used to have a lot of trouble with the bobbin thread jamming up. Could have just been that machine. Now I have a Janome 10000. It's an embroidery/sewing machine. I love it. It hums beautiful music when it sews.
Originally when I got it I was going to do more quilting and embroidery and not so much garment-making. I probably wouldn't have chosen that kind, as it's kind of overkill, but I absolutely love it and wouldn't trade it. I know people who swear by their Berninas and others who wouldn't touch anything other than a Pfaff. If you go to the Stitcher's Guild at
http://artisanssquare.com/sg/index.php and scroll down to Sewing Techniques & Equipment there is a section called Sewing Machines where people discuss all kinds of machines and what they like and dislike about various ones. It might confuse you more than help you though!
Some of these people have 4 and 5 machines in their sewing rooms! I can't even imagine. Sometimes if you go to your local sewing dealers, you can get a really good deal on a reconditioned machine, so that's something you might want to consider. And there's also eBay. I wouldn't be afraid to get one there either.
