I finished the 4 Day Split All upper body. Since there is no stretch I did the stretches from HIS and LIS.

Lora, maybe you could look at vitacost.com and compare the ingredients in some of those bars. I know the Clif bars have no high fructose corn sweetners in them. Have you ever tried Lush's Tramp, sonic death Monkey or Olive branch shower gels? I love the Flying Fox and couldn't make up my mind which other I would like to try first so did not get any. I looked at Villainess new stuff and keep telling myself I have enough for awhile LOL

Meals for today:

M1: ON whey protein shake (post workout)
M2: Chocolate Fudge BSN w/ 1/2 c. oats & 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
M3: Chicken breast w/salsa; 2 tbsp. raw almonds
M4: Turkey patty; salad w/Zesty Italian dressing
M5: Buffalo burger patty; salad w/light honey mustard dressing
M6: Protein pancake w/ 2 tbsp. power pb & 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

Have no clues about my calorie intake or macros as I left everything at home.
 
Alright, I did Cardio Coach #3

Stats: Burned 290 cals while traveling 4.2 miles. I visited Paris France along the way. lol. So refreshing.

Now I have to do coremax 1
 
ugh.....just got done trying to organize my huge collection of cosmetics. My Mom bought me some stands for X-mas.....what a job....and it still looks a mess up there.

Diane Sue - I love Tramp...but if you aren't into patchouli, earthy type of scents, you may not like it. Sonic Death Monkey is okay....orange spicy chocolate. I HATE Olive Branch. SMells like dude's cologne. I really dont' care too much for Flying Fox either as the Jasmine is a bit strong for me. I like Snow FAiry (a LE from last year), Sweetie Pie shower jelly, Chai shower gel (discontinued), Narcotick SG (discontinued) and Happy for Sad (discontinued!!). The new christmas limited shower jelly is awesome....something about frankincense or myrhh....can't remember. OUt of the newer shower gels, I like the sweetie jelly and Hapy Hippy the most (great for the AM shower). They used to have a citrus one called Slammer that was amazing for waking you up...but they discontinued that also and Happy Hippy is the next best thing. I hope I helped somewhat!

Diane Sue - oops...sorry about the above note. I copied the questions you asked so I'd remember ....then I forgot to delete from bottom of note....sorry for confusion. Meant to mention that when Mom and I got the makeup stands from Walmart, I picked up some Luna Bars (made by Cliff). They are slightly lower in sugar but have slightly less fiber and protein. I got caramel/fudge. Also, I have a Low Back Pain DVD that freezes in one spot....but you can do the routine with all of the instruction and avoid the freeze (but you may have to FF the DVD). I was going to pitch it....but if you want, I can send it to you, as I know you complain of low back pain from time to time. It's with Lillah Schwartz and is nonething fancy, but I have it and the neck/shoulder one by her to use when my pain flares badly. Let me know. (Just saw this on VF - Amy's filming in January --

Deb - I will keep an ear out for new music. Did you download Suicide or Fake It by Seether yet? Great songs. Great album. I heard some more SevenDust lately too....but I can't remember the names. I'll pay attention. There were a few new bands that caught my attention. I like Paralyzer....but they actually have been playing a more current song by them. That has unique lyrics.
 
Lora, thanks for the info. I do recall someone saying that their boyfriend liked the Olive Branch too. Not into Male scents. Not sure about Sonic Death Monkey. I do like Orange chocolate lip balm but for a shower gel... I like the strong jasmine scent. Happy Hippy is Citrus?? I like the citrus scent a lot in my Vegenease conditioner. Is it something like that? I would love to have the back workout. After my workout today it started hurting again some. I really do think Tracey's and the weights I was using caused it. To much twisting and I did the reps at the her pace. I think if the nutrition bars do not have hfc and to many sugars and fat you should be ok. I have been picking up dh Slimfast Optima bars and eating them. Nutritional info is not that good but they do have vitamins in them. I figure it is better than the junky candy I keep craving. Holidays got me started and now I have to get back in check.

Here is yesterday's diet and workout.:)

There were people on the chest press machine, one after another, so I did two movements first. After I went to the chest press finally, I saw why this one needs to be done first!

I flew through the first 2 sets w/the 15's. I am ready for the 20's now. Went to look for them, and found only one. Grrrr, people need to put dumbells back after they are done with them.

I decided to give the 25's a try. I went 12 reps with them, of course alot of rest and pause. I was very happy. I will begin w/the 20's next week (that is, if I still have this movement in my rotation, and if I can FIND 2 20's)

I finally got on this machine, and I sucked on it tonight! I went 2 full sets at 70lbs, and one set at 75lbs last week. LOL I guess because this is a major compound movement (even on a machine) I will remember to do the chest press FIRST, even if there are SEVERAL people in line. I must be fresh for this machine! (Hopefully regular BB bench press soon!)

#2: 1 package tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 pc string cheese, mixed veggies
#3: Sirloin burger, 1 slice American cheese, mixed veggies
#4: 2 scoops pp in water, 1 oz mixed nuts

Cals: 1734/Fat: 113.5g(58.91%), Pro: 149g (34.37%), Carbs: 33g (7.61%) Almost perfect Keto macros today!

Mondays are very crazy for me, so I did not have alot of time to eat. Therefore, I had 4 calorie-dense meals.

I also had 1 post-wo shake (1 scoop pp w/about 7 oz orange juice) that does not go into my totals.
 
Today's eats and workout:

[font color=red]CARDIO:[/font] 30 minutes on the elliptical, intervals, 328 calories burned. No weights today.

I had/will have fish 3x today! Hence the title of this post. I did not plan it this way, but I'm little short on cash this week and fish is mostly what I have. Expect alot of eggs in my menus this week, too!

#1: 3 whole boiled eggs, 1 oz mixed nuts
#2: Salad: spinach, 1 pkg tuna, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp ranch dressing
#3: 1 Carb Master yogurt, 1 oz mixed nuts
#4: Salad: Albacore tuna steak, Spinach, 2 tbsp ranch dressing
#5: 1 can of sardines in water & coffee with 2 tbsp of whipped cream!

Cals: 1770 / Fat:112.5g(57.18%) / Pro:145.5g(33.16%) / Carbs: 23.5g(5.24%)
