I finished my workout. I did Kimberly Spreens Absolutely Kickbox absolute intervals premix, then the M&F rotation. That was a long workout. Kimberly's was 93 minutes and the M&F came out to and hour and 4 minutes. I really have no time left now. I have to stop at the store before going to the school.

Dallys, my dogs are not appreciating the rain either. They ring the bell and when I open the door they look out, look at me, and back up into the house.
