It was a very interrupted day today. I did get my workout in though. I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Extreme, then Muscle & Fitness rotation back and biceps, i finished with Yoga shatki shoulder openers and supine poses. I had to go to the pet store for supplies. My grandchildren are following me around reading so they can earn stickers and ice cream. This happened all through my workout, in the car and is still going

barbell reverse wrist curls 15# 12 reps 3 sets
