Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did Cardio Coach 1 on the Elliptical and part on the bike. Then I did Shape Bikini Body Cardio Interval workout and modified on the rebounder (cuz of my foot). Total cardio was 70" and I burned 470 calories. I also did Rapid Results Pilates - Waist Slimmer 10" and Baron Baptiste's Unlocking Athletic Power 30".
Diane Sue - those salads sound good (not the crab pita thing though). I don't get M&F Hers cuz the DH says it's too expensive and too thin.
